Strategy & Brand Communication

Developed brand messaging and voice that reflect VB World’s 50-year legacy and cultural richness, tailored to UAE demographics. Created integrated content calendars covering pre-launch teasers, festive promotions, influencer activations, and CSR tie-ins.

Social Media & Digital Presence

Managed multi-platform presence (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok): scripting, content production (Reels & posts), and paid ads. Campaign highlights include pre-launch journey teasers, grand launch livestreams, and post-launch storytelling of signature dishes.

During the launch period, within a limited number of days, we delivered 12 reels in just 2 days. In addition, 23 posts were boosted across Instagram and Facebook, and a minimum of 15 stories were shared—excluding reshared posts—ensuring maximum visibility and engagement in a short timeframe.

PR & Media Outreach

We executed an always-on media strategy, securing consistent features across leading lifestyle, F&B, and news outlets in the UAE — including Lovin’ Dubai, Khaleej Times, and The National — effectively positioning VB World as a must-visit heritage dining destination within the media landscape.

Influencer Marketing

We engaged over 20+ Indian, Arab, and expat creators across macro to micro tiers, ensuring authentic storytelling. Their participation was structured around pre-launch buzz, the launch event, and key cultural festivals, amplifying reach and impact.

Food Photography

Professional photography and videography sessions were conducted to capture everything from food and mocktails to the ambiance, staff, and festive specials for Social Media. These high-quality visuals were used across marketing materials to showcase the vibrant colors, intricate plating, and overall appeal of the restaurant.

Performance Marketing

Ran geo-targeted ads aligned with festive menus. Employed lead-gen ads for bookings and group reservations to drive footfall.

Collateral & Outreach Channels

Designed heritage-inspired branding materials: packaging, menus, elegant invites. Deployed WhatsApp Business for direct engagement and partnered with delivery platforms to expand reach.

On the offline and visual front, print assets were carefully designed and executed, including invitation cards, a menu flyer, a voucher, launch day banners, and a menu door handle design.

Before the restaurant launch, we developed a clean, modern, and user-friendly website that showcased high-quality images and vibrant colors reflecting the culinary theme. The website featured simple navigation with sections for the Home, Gallery + Menu, and Contact us pages, along with interactive features to enhance user engagement. Bold typography and an inviting aesthetic aligned perfectly with the brand’s visual identity. Website development was completed with Home, Gallery + Menu, and Contact Us pages.

HOW DID WE PERFORM :

Social media pages were created across TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram, each featuring three cover designs and a LinkTree for seamless multi-platform navigation, reaching over 120,000 users within the first 30 days of launch. The launch was featured in leading publications such as Khaleej Times, The National, Lovin Dubai, and more than 40+ digital, social, and press platforms. The brand quickly became a must-visit vegetarian dining destination in Dubai.

Through strategic branding, digital marketing, influencer engagement, and a storytelling-driven launch, we successfully completed Google Listing and WhatsApp integration, merging it with the old page. The launch event and PR activities were successfully executed, culminating in a PR article published. Strategy and planning documents, including brand strategy, Launch Plan, social media strategy, and guided the campaign execution. Community and social media management were performed daily, ensuring ongoing engagement and audience interaction.
